Memory in DatabookAI

DatabookAI can now remember user preferences and context — helping it deliver more personalized, relevant responses over time.

What's new?

DatabookAI can now remember context across conversations. When relevant user information is provided, it’s stored as a “Memory Note” and referenced in future replies. Memory Notes are viewable and user-controlled.

Why it matters

For GTM teams, personalization drives productivity. By remembering key context—like a seller’s tone preferences, typical use cases, role, or target ICP—DatabookAI can generate more tailored outputs over time. This means sellers get better, more relevant answers the more they use the tool. It also reduces rework—saving time by eliminating the need to repeatedly re-enter background info. For sales leaders, this fosters stronger user adoption and makes AI-driven workflows feel more personalized and helpful. Over time, memory will help DatabookAI evolve into an even more trusted advisor—supporting reps and leaders with outputs that reflect their specific needs and style.
