A bit about Jaclyn:
Jaclyn spent 10 years in Technology as both an Individual contributor, Regional Manager, and Interim Director. During her time she has managed multi- million dollar portfolios, and has a strong network of executive leaders. She has years of experience doing deep dive discovery for her clients to help them support a business case that is going to influence bottom line, performance, and the business in a positive way. She puts her customers first and knows how to connect product value to business metrics.
In her free time, she has coached 6 years of Varsity soccer and believes in building up the next generation of both leaders and professionals.
As a previous leader of high performing teams, she believes:
• There is no problem too big to solve
• That you have 4 ears and 1 mouth in discovery
• Curiosity is your greatest gift in sales
• Treat your direct reports like they are your customer, and your customers like your team
